Arminia Bielefeld v Borussia Dortmund

Second place Dortmund travel to second from the bottom Bielefeld.

The visitors are hot on the heels of leaders Bayern Munich and would do well to maintain the momentum as the only challengers.

The hosts are yet to win a game this season although they’ve lost just three out of eight. They’ve drawn the remaining five. Not so bad until you remember the world of difference a win makes.

Meanwhile, Dortmund have lost two in that time and have been very prolific in front of goal but they’ve also been leaky at the back having conceded 14 times while scoring 22 goals. Fortunately for the Yellow Submarines, Arminia with a paltry four goals so far shouldn’t scare them.

In terms of head to head, all three previous encounters have ended in clean sheets and victories for Dortmund. For Sylvia’s 400 odds boom, I fancy them keeping another clean sheet this weekend. On the back of a surprise 4-0 loss at Ajax, Dortmund will be hungry for a statement.

Tip:  2 & O1.5 @ 1.37 odds

RB Leipzig v Gruether Furth

Leipzig host this bottom of the table side who they have defeated three out of four times and are yet to taste a loss against.

While the visitors have lost their last six matches, Leipzig have won just two in that time. This is one game the hosts need to climb the table and they’ll get it. Their narrow loss against PSG in the Champions League will certainly give them a boost for this one, if they needed it.

Tip: Home team: FH O0.5 @ 1.23 odds

Bologna v AC Milan

Milan are surfing this season, just two points behind Napoli who are cruising.

Their logos may look alike but the gap between Bologna and Milan is as wide as the 15 wins, four draws and one loss Milan have enjoyed in head to head against the home side. Their past and present are so far apart. Although Bologna aren’t doing terribly as they are currently in eight place after eight games.

This Milan side are high scoring so I expect over 1.5 goals from them.

Tip: x2 & O1.5 @ 1.45 odds

Roma v Napoli

Big game. Nine points and three places separate these sides.

Napoli are on fire led by Victor Osimhen. The last time Roma defeated Napoli was in November of 2019.

Jose Mourinho is arguably a football institution on his own whose personality is big enough to decide the outcome of a game. He will be plotting a defensive approach to this game. But if they can lose to Lazio as they surprisingly did weeks ago, against this Napoli, I don’t see a way for them. Napoli with Victor Osimhen are way too streetwise and can get the job done. I expect them to win it by a very narrow margin but I’ll play it safe.

Tip: x2 @ 1.46 odds

Fiorentina v Cagliari

Home comfort and quality superiority should help Fiorentina get the job done against Cagliari that are very much in the relegation zone.

Even if it won’t be a comfortable victory for Fiorentina.

Tip: 1 @ 1.73 odds

Score prediction: 1-0

Sevilla v Levante

Sevilla have had a good start to the season. Tied on points with Real Madrid and above Barcelona and Atletico.

Sevilla have won 11 and drawn seven of their 22 ties with this opposition who are 17th in relegation place.

Tip: 1 @ 1.51 odds

FC Utrecht v SC Heerenven

The last two encounters between them ended in draws. However, as things stand, Utrecht are a better side and in a better form than the visitors. I tip them to win by a narrow margin.

Tip: 1 @ 1.58 odds

Ajax v PSV Eindhoven

It’s first vs second. Just a point separates these two sides who love to score for fun. The slim point gap also means this game is like a six pointer.

I expect a very entertaining game with goals. Both teams to score at least once.

Tip: Second half O1.5 @ 1.61 odds

Cambuur v Feyenoord

Tip: First Half O.1.5 @ 1.92 odds

Lille v Brest

Tip: 1 @ 1.64 odds

Chelsea v Norwich

The Blues will be without any striker when the host Norwich City on Saturday and that’s why I have so much fair in my prediction for this one.

Tuchel likes his team to play fast. Without a striker, I fancy their instructions to be an even faster start and hopefully get an early goal. Mason Mount is back, the high press has returned. They are yet to lose against Norwich in 12 games.

I’ll be extremely surprised if they don’t get an early goal against bottom of the table Norwich and even throw in a clean sheet there.

Tip: 1 & NG @ 1.42 odds

Manchester United v Liverpool

The rivalry. I’m not sure how big that is these days but it’s certainly still a rivalry and with Ronaldo back, it give some steel and a little balance of men to the tie.

In games like this, the result can swing either way. But with Sylvia’s 400 odds boom, I expect both teams to find the back of the net. I also expect controversy. Lol.

Tip: GG @ 1.51 odds

RB Salzburg v Sturm Graz

It’s first versus second but a whooping eight points separated the sides.

I’ll put my money on Salzbug 99.95 percent of the time. Today would have been one of those except for the fact that I’m betting on goals to be scored.

Last three encounters ended in 3-1 victories for Salzburg. I won’t be pushing my luck with betting on that scoreline though.

Tip: 1 & GG @ 2.56odds
