Sylvia’s End of season 2-odds winners

Welcome to Sylvia’s 200 odds selections! Even though lesser leagues have resumed, I guess it’s safe to say that the leagues officially resume when the Premier League resumes and transfers are getting wrapped up in earnest.

My strategy for today is fewer games, safer odds. For punters with a huge appetite and the risk appetite to go with it. 2+ odds incoming. There are also many new markets on offer. Let’s get right into it and may the odds be in our favour.

Augsburg v Hoffenheim

We kick off Sylvia’s 200 Odds Selections with match day one in the German Bundesliga. Unfortunately, these two sides will be missing many key first team players either due to injury or covid related concerns. Head to head stats strongly favour the visitors.

Last season, they both won this tie on their respective home turfs.

In terms of goals, they’ve both found the back of the net in each of their last four games against each other as well as their last three games individually.

The first game of the season can be very unpredictable hence I’ll put the money on goals to be scored.

Tip: O1.5 Second Half @ 1.71 odds

Borussia Dortmund v Frankfurt

So far in preseason, Erling Haaland has continued from where he left off. He scored a hat trick in Dortmund’s last game against Wehen Wiesbaden. The man has repeatedly emphasized his commitment to the club and his on the pitch actives have backed that up. He is fired up.

Sylvia’s 200 odds selections expects at least a goal from him and multiple goals from Dortmund in general.

Tip: 1 & BTTS – Yes @ 2.29 odds

Arminia Bielefeld v Freiburg

Tip: 12

Ajax v NEC Njimengen

The Dutch champions fell to a surprise 4-0 humiliation in their last game before the start of the season. That loss was the Super Cup against PSV. Two goal hero, Nigerian-born Noni Madueke was the MOTM.

Perhaps Ajax which had its major players start in that game weren’t ready for the start of competitive football. Although they were without their first choice goalkeeper, Andre Onana.

Against Nijmengen, will they finally be ready?? There have been 12 previous encounters and the home side have won nine and lost none of them.

The league officially means back to work and against this lowly opposition, I fancy a return of the Ajax we are used to. None of those games witnessed less than two goals scored. Expect a statement victory. Feeling confident.

If you are feeling good and want to push your luck, continue with these tips…I’ll advise to play this second half on a different ticket.

Heracles v PSV

Fresh from humiliating Ajax to win the Super Cup and defeating Midtjylland in the Champions League, PSV who have won all of their last six matches have the odds highly in their favour.  In 22 encounters with this opposition, they’ve won 18 and lost just once.

Tip: 1 & O1.5 @ 1.54 odds

Lille v Nice

League champions, Lille surprisingly drew 3-3 away at Metz on match day one, fresh off the back of that 1-0 Super Cup victory over PSG. Last weekend’s draw obviously was Lille unfamiliar territory. They are rarely involved in  games that sees that high number of goals.

Nice played out a goalles draw against Reims last weekend.

Now on home turf, I expect Nice to be a tougher opposition than Metz, but Lille would do just enough especially defensively.

Tip: 1 @ 1.88 odds

Marseille v Bordeaux

Tip: 1 @ 1.57 odds

Willem II v Feyenoord

The visitors have the better odds and stats but Willem seem to be on a brilliant run of form. It’s going to be a tight game. However, ultimately, I expect the regular suspect with 15 wins out of 20 encounters to carry the day.

Tip: 2 @ 1.85 odds

All predictions culminate in a total of 208.03 odds.
