Boom Banker’s 25-odds Home Wins ACCA

For the second week in a row, the Boom Banker’s 24 odds Home Wins picks for last weekend was only binned by one game. This time, it was Brentford who succumbed to a humiliating 3-1 home defeat against Everton.  On the back of another painful Cut-1, the Boom Banker returns this weekend with a sweet 25 odds Home Wins ACCA.

Let’s play along!

WEST HAM VS SHEFFIELD UNITED

Sheffield United head to West Ham on Saturday as they bid to respond to an 8-0 hammering at the hands of Newcastle last time out.

The Hammers are looking for a response of their own after league defeats to Man City and Liverpool, having managed 10 points from their first four games.

Sheffield United have just one point to show from six games and they sit at the foot of the table – but aside from the loss to Newcastle they have been competitive in their fixtures.

We should see a reaction from Paul Heckinbottom’s men and they are definitely a better team than last week’s performance suggests. However, it is still hard to see them getting a result against this slick West Ham outfit.

There have been goals at both ends in all six of West Ham’s league fixtures and they have just one clean sheet in their last 10 home games stretching back into last season. The Blades have lost both of their away games but did score at both Nottingham Forest and Tottenham, losing both games 2-1.

Sheffield United’s road displays have probably been better than their home performances and they should be able to keep this game fairly tight after coming close to a win at Spurs, but West Ham are a real force at home and have the quality to secure maximum points.

This is unlikely to be anything other than a home win for West Ham at 1.51 odds on BestBet360.

NEWCASTLE UNITED VS BURNLEY

Newcastle are flying right now after crushing Sheffield United 8-0 and ending Manchester City’s unbeaten record, and they should have far too much for visitors Burnley on Saturday.

The Clarets have competed well in most of their games but have just one point on the board after five games and their winless start is likely to extend beyond this weekend.

Eddie Howe’s side dismantled Sheffield United 8-0 in South Yorkshire last weekend and then claimed an impressive 1-0 win over Manchester City in the EFL Cup in midweek.

Three of Burnley’s four losses have come by two or more goals, and they could well be in line for a tough afternoon at St James’ Park.

Worryingly for Burnley, Liverpool and Arsenal are the only visiting teams to win at St James’ Park in 2023.

Newcastle to win at 1.34 odds on BestBet360 comes handy.

GLASGOW RANGERS VS ABERDEEN

Rangers welcome Aberdeen to Ibrox for a Scottish Premiership matchday seven fixture on Saturday.

The hosts are coming off a comfortable 4-0 home win over Livingston in the Scottish League Cup quarterfinal. Ryan Jack completed the rout in injury time to help his side book a date with Hearts in the last four.

Aberdeen also booked their spot in the League Cup last four, albeit with a less comfortable 2-1 win at 10-man Ross County.

The Dons now turn their focus back to the league, where they comfortably dispatched Ross County 4-0 at home in their last outing. Meanwhile, Rangers’ last league game was a narrow 1-0 home win over Motherwell.

The win left Michael Beale’s side in third spot with 12 points, while Aberdeen are second from bottom with just five points from six games.

Rangers have 54 wins and 12 losses in their last 84 games against Aberdeen. Their most recent meeting in May 2023 saw Rangers win 1-0 at home.

Rangers are four points behind Celtic after six games played and cannot afford to drop too many more points if they are to wrest the league title from their arch-rivals.

Backing Rangers to secure a comfortable home win at 1.27 odds on BestBet360

MANCHESTER UNITED VS CRYSTAL PALACE

Crystal Palace head to Old Trafford for the second time this week on Saturday and a similar result to Tuesday’s 3-0 defeat is expected as the Red Devils continue their resurgence.

For Manchester United, Tuesday’s victory marks a welcome return to form after a dismal stretch of results since the international break.

They had lost three successive games and conceded ten goals but seem to have returned to basics and looked solid at the back against Burnley and Palace.

Tuesday’s cup exit continued a string of poor results for Palace, who struggled to make an impressive impression against Fulham last weekend and suffered a disastrous late collapse at Aston Villa the week before.

Roy Hodgson’s side have failed to score in successive matches and only had four shots, two of which were on target, at Old Trafford on Tuesday. Given Manchester United’s improvement over the past week and the return of Raphael Varane, backing the hosts to win looks a good option for Saturday.

Manchester United to secure a routine home win comes at 1.60 odds on BestBet360.

GALATASARAY VS MKE ANKARAGUCU

Turkish champions Galatasaray prepare for their trip to Old Trafford in midweek with a home encounter against Ankaragucu in the Super Lig on Saturday night.

Gala relinquished top spot when Fenerbahce won their game in hand against local rivals Istanbul Basaksehir on Thursday, so the hosts cannot afford any slip-ups, even if there are obvious distractions on the horizon.

With Galatasaray still unbeaten after 13 games in all competitions this season, they will hope to make it 14 with a routine win before facing Manchester United on Tuesday.

However, an opening day draw at Kayserispor means they are currently second, as Fener lie two points above them after winning their opening six.

After an inconsistent start, Ankaragucu now face one of the most daunting tasks in Turkish football.

The visitors have only won once in their opening six Super Lig matches this season, but they still find themselves in mid-table.

Only Fenerbahce have got the better of Tolunay Kafkas’s men since an opening day defeat to Kasimpasa though, suggesting it may not be a walkover here.

With the biggest game of the season coming up on Tuesday, Galatasaray may be forgiven for taking their foot slightly off the pedal here, but they must ensure they still get the job done.

It has been three shaky victories in a row now for Gala surrounding the start of their European campaign, but Ankaragucu have been far from scintillating so far and the hosts should comfortably take the three points.

Galatasaray to prevail at 1.33 odds on BestBet360.

MAINZ v BAYER LEVERKUSEN

Keen to consolidate on the stellar form and extend their unbeaten run in the league, the impressive Bayer Leverkusen will make the trip to the Mewa Arena to face Mainz.

Die Werkself, last time out secured a 4-1 win over Heidenheim to move level on points with champions Bayern Munich but sit in second on goal difference. Meanwhile, Die Nullfünfer, last time out succumbed to a 2-1 defeat away at Augsburg extending their winless run in the league to five games.

Bo Svensson’s side, ahead of this tie find themselves bottom of the log after claiming a solitary point from their opening five games and could have their woes compounded further against a Leverkusen outfit who are yet to taste defeat after five games.

The H2H between both sides in their previous five clashes sees both sides cancel each other out with two wins and losses apiece as well as playing a draw in the other game.

PREDICTION: This is a clear case of completely contrasting fortunes as one side’s struggles has seen them be winless thus far, while their opposition remain undefeated heading into the tie. Xavi Alonso’s Bayer Leverkusen are clear favourites given the manner in which they’ve dispatched games prior and we’re pretty confident it’ll be the same ‘experience’ against this Mainz team who are in dire need of a confidence boost. Enough said, we predict a straight win at 1.61 odds @Bestbet360 as the most likely outcome.

MANCHESTER UNITED v CRYSTAL PALACE

Locking horns for the second time in four days, Manchester United prepare to host Crystal Palace at Old Trafford this Saturday.

The Red Devils earned a convincing 3-0 win over Palace in the EFL CUP third round tie in midweek, their second successive win in all competitions.

A much rejuvenated United performance against Roy Hodgson’s Crystal Palace in the League cup was the second successive win and clean sheet for the hosts who seemingly appear a different side from the team that lost three consecutive games and conceded 10 goals prior to the win against Burnley.

The H2H between both sides in their last five meetings in all competitions has seen Erik ten Hag’s side claim three wins, played one draw and lost once to Palace in as many games.

PREDICTION: United, keen to extended their winning run even further and climb higher on the league table will square up against Palace on home turf fours days apart from the league cup win over the same opposition. If the form United displayed in the win is anything to go by, Crystal Palace may be in for a ‘long weekend’ away at Old Trafford. We believe United will be too good for Palace so a straight win prediction at 1.60 odds @Bestbet360 is the preferred selection.

TOTTENHAM v LIVERPOOL

One of the top billed games this weekend will take place at Tottenham Hotspur stadium as Tottenham prepare to host Liverpool on Saturday.

The Lilywhites, last time out in the league held Arsenal to a pulsating 2-2 draw in the North-London Derby while the Anfield Reds extended their winning run across all competitions with a 3-1 win over Leicester in the EFL Cup.

Heading into this clash, Jurgen Klopp’s Liverpool sit in second on the log with 16 points, two behind champions Man City and two points ahead of Ange Postecoglu’s Spurs in fourth.

The H2H between both sides in their previous five meetings has seen the hosts be winless after losing three games and playing out two draws in the other clashes against the visitors.

PREDICTION: Easily one of the most exciting games to come this weekend, we expect this particular game to live up to the billing with some exciting end-to-end action from start to finish. Both sides have been impressive thus far and will each hope for a win. Our selection for this clash will tilt slightly in favour of the visitors given their track record in recent meetings against Spurs. We predict a combo option of double chance and over 2.5 goals scored in favour of the visitors (2X & ov. 2.5 G), which will go for 1.90 odds @Bestbet360.

RB LEIPZIG v BAYERN MUNICH

A monumental showdown in the german Bundesliga takes Centre stage at the Red Bull Arena as RB Leipzig look set to host reigning champions Bayern Munich.

Die Rotenbullen, in midweek advanced to the next round of the DFB Pokal following a 3-2 win away at 2nd tier side Wehen Wiesbaden while Die Roten also made it through to the next stage of the German cup with a 4-0 thumping of 3rd tier side Preußen Münster in midweek also.

Ahead of this blockbuster affair, a solitary point separates both sides as Thomas Tuchel’s Bayern lead the pack with 13 points while Marco Rose’s Leipzig are in fourth with 12 points.

The H2H between both sides in their last five meetings across all competitions sees the visitors claim three wins, play one draw and lose once to the hosts, Leipzig.

PREDICTION: A potentially goal-ladened encounter could be on the cards as two of the high flying sides in the Bundesliga slug it out for points and bragging rights. Both sides have a good goal scoring record so far and possess squads rich in talent and technicality, ensuring the promise of end-to-end footballing action. We predict both teams getting on the scoresheet, a combo option of GG & ov. 2.5 G at 1.41 odds @Bestbet360 is the preferred selection for this game.

REAL SOCIEDAD v ATHLETIC BILBAO

Real Sociedad Look set to welcome Athletic Bilabao to the Reale Arena this Saturday for what promises to be an exciting encounter in the Spanish La Liga.

La Real, last time out in the league claimed a hard fought 1-0 win away at Valencia to move into sixth while The Lions were held to a 2-2 draw by Getafe to move into fourth place.

Just two points and two positions separate both sides who look to each consolidate on their good form so far as the home side led by Imanol Alguacil have picked up 12 points from their seven league games, while Athletic, coached by Ernesto Valverde are fourth, boasting 14 points from their opening seven league games.

The H2H between both sides in their previous five meetings has seen the visitors claim the better results with three wins, one draw and a solitary defeat to the hosts in as many encounters.

PREDICTION: Whilst this game may not seem like a high scoring tie, both teams possess enough attacking intent to inflict damage on each other and score goals, basically. We predict a GG outcome at 2.01 odds @Bestbet360.

This week’s entire selection leaves you with a sempe ACCA combo of 8.53 odds thanks to your preferred bookmakers Bestbet360.

For this weekend, we are looking at the possible wins for the weekend.

Krasnodar v Ural

FC Krasnodar are top of the league and still undefeated after eight matches.

FC Ural failed to win their last three league matches and despite their good season start, they will need to pull off something special in order to defeat FC Krasnodar next time out.

PREDICTION: Krasnodar to win. Valued at 1.77 odds on BestBet360

Besiktas v Kayserispor

Besiktas have struggled in their last 2 games, lost to Trabzonspor and an unimpressive performance in the Europa Conference against Club Brugge.

Kayserispor beat Gaziantep 2-0 last time out and looked like the team in form.

Despite their recent stumbles, Besiktas boast enough quality to get three points at home.

PREDICTION: Besiktas to win. Valued at 1.36 odds on BestBet0

Bayer Leverkusen v FC Heidenheim

Leverkusen snatched a last-gasp equaliser at Bayern last Friday to stay top and they followed with a win in the Europa league.
Bundesliga newboys, Heidenheim came from two goals down at Borussia Dortmund to snatch their first ever top-flight point on their last trip.

PREDICTION: Bayer to win is valued at 1.26 odds on BestBet360.

Atalanta v Cagliari

Atalanta suffered their second away defeat with a 3-2 loss against Fiorentina last weekend.

On the other hand, Cagliari were held to a goalless draw against Udinese despite creating several chances to score.

A game between two teams with similar fortunes this season.

PREDICTION: Atalanta to win is valued at 1.43 odds on BestBet360

Real Sociedad v Getafe

Real Sociedad will need to do more in their games as they narrowly lost to Real Madrid over the weekend and drew in their Champions League game.

Getafe look sharp – since their 3-2 victory over Osasuna last week, they had not scored three goals since March

Real Sociedad should do enough to win one half.

PREDICTION: Real Sociedad to win either halves is valued at 1.27 odds on BestBet360.

The Boom Banker’s 20 odds Home Wins picks for last weekend was only binned by Olympique Marseille who were held to a heartbreaking goalless draw at home by Toulouse. On the back of the painful Cut-1, the Boom Banker returns this weekend with a sweet 24 odds Home Wins ACCA.

Let’s play along!

MILAN VS VERONA

Striding out at San Siro for the third time in eight days, AC Milan seek their first win since the international break when they resume Serie A duty at home to Hellas Verona on Saturday.

After last week’s thumping in the Derby della Madonnina was followed by a midweek stalemate in the Champions League, Milan meet a Verona side that has been beaten just once so far this season.

After conceding five times to their city rivals for the first time since 1974, the Rossoneri – whose only goal of the game came from Rafael Leao – improved significantly to shut out the Magpies in midweek, but they will now target a morale-boosting victory over Verona.

History suggests that could be on the cards this weekend: while the ‘Fatale Verona’ legend has been applied to two of the club’s famous failures at Stadio Bentegodi, Milan remain unbeaten in Serie A home matches against the Scaligeri.

In addition to winning 18 times and playing out 13 draws down the years, they have also won each of their last five league games versus Verona, scoring at least twice on each occasion.

Sitting only two points shy of Milan in the early Serie A standings, Verona may even fancy their chances of ending their decades-long drought against Milan at San Siro – particularly if the hosts’ rhythm has been interrupted by recent events.

With precedent firmly on their side, Milan can bounce back from a tough week to post their fourth win from five Serie A matches this season. Verona may have overachieved in the early days of the 2023-24 campaign, but their limitations remain more or less the same as last year – and they have never before beaten Milan in a top-flight match at San Siro.

This is unlikely to be anything other than a home win for Milan at 1.42 odds on BestBet360.

BARCELONA VS CELTA VIGO

Barcelona will be aiming to post a sixth straight win in all competitions when they continue their La Liga campaign at home to Celta Vigo on Saturday evening.

Xavi’s side have picked up 13 points from their first five games of the new league season to sit second in the table, two points behind leaders Real Madrid, while Celta occupy 16th, collecting four points from their opening five matches during an underwhelming start.

Barcelona’s goalless draw with Getafe on the opening weekend of the new La Liga season was underwhelming to say the least, but the Catalan outfit have not missed a step since, winning their last five matches in all competitions.

Xavi’s team have overcome Cadiz, Villarreal, Osasuna and Real Betis in their last four in the league to move onto 13 points, which as mentioned, is currently enough for second spot in the table behind Real Madrid.

Barcelona thumped Real Betis 5-0 in La Liga last time out and were winners by the same scoreline in the Champions League on Tuesday, with Belgian outfit Royal Antwerp swept aside at Camp Nou.

Celta have found it difficult to get going this season, only picking up four points from their opening five matches, which has left them down in 16th position in the table.

Barcelona are absolutely flying at the moment, and it is really difficult to imagine them failing to collect another three points here. Celta are capable of making it an uncomfortable match, but Xavi’s side should be too strong for their opponents in Saturday’s encounter.

Barcelona to win at 1.38 odds on BestBet360 comes handy.

BRENTFORD VS EVERTON

Both still reeling from 1-0 defeats last weekend, Brentford and Everton seek to get back on track in Saturday’s Premier League encounter at the Gtech Community Stadium.

The Bees were bested by Newcastle United in their most recent affair, while Sean Dyche’s tepid side were deservedly beaten by Arsenal on their own patch.

A seven-game unbeaten run in the Premier League was snapped at St James’ Park last weekend, as Brentford lost for the first time in the top flight since May owing to a Callum Wilson penalty, which also brought a halt to Newcastle’s miserable losing streak.

Despite going unbeaten in their opening four games of the new term, home draws with Bournemouth and Crystal Palace were nothing to write home about for Thomas Frank’s side, who have already played out three stalemates this term – the joint-most in the league alongside the Cherries.

As such, the Bees are entrenched in mid-table obscurity in 11th place at this embryonic stage, and Frank’s side still have just the one clean sheet to their name this season from their 3-0 thumping of Fulham, failing to keep the back door closed in each of their last four games.

A daunting EFL Cup fixture with Arsenal also lies in wait for Brentford before the end of the month, but the Gunners are one of only two teams to have beaten Frank’s men at home in the Premier League since the start of last season, and the hosts have scored in 16 successive top-flight games at the Gtech since a goalless draw with Chelsea 11 months ago.

So far this season, goals have been easier to come by for Everton on the road than they have at Goodison Park, and last season’s respectable results against Brentford should also stand the Toffees in good stead.

A pair of defensive injury concerns is not what the doctor ordered for the Bees either, but Frank’s side can normally be relied upon to deliver at the Gtech Community Stadium, and one can only envisage a return to winning ways for the capital club on Saturday.

Backing Brentford to secure a comfortable home win at 1.82 odds on BestBet360.

ATALANTA VS CAGLIARI

Atalanta reconvene for domestic matters with a home encounter against Cagliari in Serie A on Sunday after returning to the European stage in midweek.

La Dea beat Polish champions Rakow Czestochowa here at the Gewiss Stadium on Thursday in their first European outing in almost 18 months.

That success in Europe has continued a run of form in the early stages of the season which have seen Atalanta alternate between wins and losses.

Form which currently reads as win, loss, win, loss, win is an ominous sign, though, should that carry on here.

At home though, Atalanta are yet to be breached, winning 2-0 on Thursday against Rakow, as well as 3-0 against Monza in their only other match at the Gewiss Stadium so far this season.

Despite losing two of their first four Serie A games, Atalanta are still within touching distance of the top four, currently sitting just two points off the Champions League places.

A fine home record should give Gasperini’s men confidence too, as La Dea have won six of their last seven here – scoring 19.

Cagliari have not been welcome opponents to the Gewiss of late though, considering the Sardinians have won on four of their last visits to Bergamo.

If they can maintain that fine record over Atalanta, then it would provide Claudio Ranieri’s side with their first win of the campaign.

Currently down in 18th, Cagliari have just two points so far, both of which came in 0-0 draws.

Even though Atalanta have been bouncing between winning and losing, they should make it back-to-back wins for the first time this season against relegation-candidates Cagliari.

Despite a fine recent record here at the Gewiss Stadium, Cagliari look likely to struggle all season, especially with no obvious goal threat, so another blank could be on the cards too.

Atalanta to secure a routine home win comes at 1.39 odds on BestBet360.

BRIGHTON VS BOURNEMOUTH

Having been subjected to a rude awakening in the Europa League, Brighton & Hove Albion seek to get back on track in the Premier League when they welcome Bournemouth to the Amex Stadium on Sunday.

The Seagulls were beaten 3-2 by AEK Athens in their inaugural continental match on Thursday, while the Cherries most recently held Chelsea to a goalless draw in the top flight.

A third Premier League win on the bounce would be the perfect tonic for De Zerbi’s side, who have marched to back-to-back 3-1 triumphs over Newcastle United and Manchester United in their last two top-flight encounters, storming to victory at Old Trafford courtesy of strikes from Danny Welbeck, Pascal Gross and Pedro.

Not even Manchester City or a free-scoring Tottenham Hotspur can match Brighton’s league-high tally of 15 goals so far this term, and De Zerbi’s men occupy fifth place in the rankings owing to their impressive start, but defensive concerns are apparent.

Indeed, the Seagulls are still without a clean sheet in all competitions this season and have now gone 10 games without a shut-out since their 3-0 win over Arsenal back in May, but not since February have they been kept at bay down the other end at the Amex.

As 0-0 draws go, Bournemouth’s stalemate with Chelsea was certainly on the more entertaining end of the spectrum, but both defences ultimately won out to leave Andoni Iraola still searching for his first Premier League win as Cherries head coach.

Bournemouth certainly gave a good account of themselves against a side who were crowned European champions only two years ago, and a previous 2-2 draw versus Brentford at the Gtech Community Stadium – where the Bees are seldom outclassed – can also be viewed in a positive light.

Fatigue and fresh concerns over as many as four players will both threaten Brighton’s chances of an immediate return to winning ways, but De Zerbi’s men have a taste for goals in the top flight, especially in front of the Amex crowd.

A front-footed Bournemouth can still trouble the Seagulls’ permeable defence, but Brighton should make up for their shortcomings at the back with scintillating play in attack to prevail.

Brighton to prevail at 1.41 odds on BestBet360.

BORUSSIA MÖENCHENGLADBACH v RB LEIPZIG

Still in search of their first win of the 23/24 campaign, Borussia Mönchengladbach prepare to host high flying RB Leipzig at the Borussia Park on Saturday.

Die Fohlen were held to a pulsating 3-3 draw away at Darmstadt last time out in the league while RB Leipzig began their UCL campaign on a positive note, claiming a convincing 3-1 win over Swiss outfit BSC Young Boys.

Gerardo Seoane’s charges have failed to muster a win thus far and are down in 14th place after four matches, the visitors are flying high in third, and a victory this weekend could see them climb to the top of the log if other results go their way.

The H2H between both sides in their previous five meetings has seen the visitors claim one more win (3) than the visitors (2).

PREDICTION: RB Leipzig Are undoubtedly the heavy favourites in this tie given the way they’ve begun the campaign, a sharp contrast from their hosts’ struggles in the league. Möenchengladbach may have a decent record at home against Leipzig so far but we tip the visitors to claim a win, hence, we predict a straight victory for the visiting side (2), that option will go for 1.60 odds at your preferred bookmakers, @Bestbet360.

LIVERPOOL v WEST HAM

Fresh off claiming victories in their opening Europa League engagements, Liverpool and West Ham resume their domestic campaign as they prepare to face off at Anfield on Sunday.

The Reds, yet again overcame an early scare, this time agains LASK with a 3-1 victory while West Ham in similar fashion came from a goal down to defeat Backa Topola 3-1.

Keen to keep their stellar home record going, Jurgen Klopp’s charges unbeaten Premier League run at Anfield now stands at 14 matches since Leeds United’s stunning 2-1 success last October and could yet increase the tally to 15 wins with a win over the Hammers.

The H2H between both sides in their last five clashes has seen the hosts churn more favorable results with four wins and a single defeat against their opposition.

PREDICTION: Liverpool’s record at Anfield will bolster the team’s confidence levels ahead of the clash against David Moyes’ high flying West Ham but this tie will by no means be a walk in the park for the hosts given their new-found penchant for conceding early goals as well as West Ham’s form of recent. This tie is perfectly poised to be a cracker, ladende with goals, so we predict a GG outcome at 1.49 odds @Bestbet360.

ATHLETICO MADRID v REAL MADRID

The first Madrid derby of the season is upon us this weekend as eternal city rivals Athletico Madrid and Real Madrid look set to look horns at the Wanda Metropolitano on Sunday.

Los Rojiblancos began their Champions League campaign with a 1-1 draw against Lazio while the Los Blancos earned a hard fought 1-0 victory against Union Berlin to extend their winning run to 6 games in all competitions.

The hosts, last time out in the league suffered a shock 3-0 defeat to a struggling Valencia side, garnering seven points so far in the campaign in seventh and could leapfrog to fourth if things happen to go their way this weekend.

The H2H between both teams in their previous five encounters in all competitions has seen the visitors  earn more wins with three victories, losing once to Athletico and playing a draw in the other game.

PREDICTION: Easily one of the biggest games this weekend, this incarnation of ‘El derby Madrileno’ may not live up to expectations for a host of reasons; It appears that both sides are yet to reach their usual top form and to make matters worse, injuries have plagued both managers from the start of the season, but the hosts have turned their home ground into a fortress as they haven’t tasted the defeat at the Wanda Metropolitano since January 8th when they lost to Barcelona. With that being said, we predict a double chance outcome in favour of the hosts (1X), that option will go for 1.51 odds @Bestbet360.

BOLOGNA v NAPOLI

Fresh off a successful UCL opener, Napoli return to their domestic engagements, traveling to the Stadio Renato Dell’Ara to face Bologna on Sunday.

The Partnopei opened their champions league campaign on a positive note with a 2-1 victory away to Braga, while the Rossoblu played out a goalless draw against Verona last time out.

Bologna will be looking to record consecutive home wins in Serie A for the first time since November 2022 when they host a seemingly underwhelming Napoli who have not exactly been as impressive as they were last season.

The H2H between both sides in their last five meetings reiterates why the visitors are the favorites as they have claimed four wins and played one draw in the other game against Bologna.

PREDICTION: Thiago Motta’s men have lost just one of their last nine home Serie A matches. Six of those games ended with less than 2.5 goals scored. Meanwhile, Napoli have been far from their best lately but given their good record against Bologna, we are confident in them churning out a positive result at the end of 90 minutes. We predict a combo option of a double chance and over 1.5 goals scored in favour of the visitors (X2 & ov. 1.5G) at 1.50 odds @Bestbet360.

PSG v MARSEILLE

One position and a point apart, PSG and Marseille are set to lock horns this weekend in the first Le Classique of the season at the Parc des Princes this Sunday.

Both sides had contrasting fortunes in their continental fixtures as PSG claimed a fairly comfortable 2-0 win over Borussia Dortmund in their UCL opener while Marseille came from behind  twice to play out an entertaining 3-3 draw against Ajax in their Europa League opener.

Luis Enrique’s side will be looking to get back to winning ways following their shock 3-2 loss at home at the hands of Nice last time out in the league while Marseille will look to gain maximum points and potentially move to the summit should other results favour them.

The H2H between both sides in their previous five meetings in all competitions shows the hosts are favorites as they have recorded three wins, played one draw and lost once to Marseille.

PREDICTION: It isn’t strange to fathom that 14 of the last 20 meetings between PSG and Marseille have produced at least three goals, so we suspect Sunday’s instalment of Le Classique will likely be a high-scoring affair. Meanwhile, Marseille have managed to win just two of their previous 28 matches against PSG across all competitions, so we expect the hosts to claim the bragging rights once again, hence, we predict a win for the hosts (1) at 1.67 odds @Bestbet360.

This week’s entire selection leaves you with a sempe ACCA combo of 7.77 odds thanks to your preferred bookmakers Bestbet360.

We are refocused on the league games after international break as we dived into the games this weekend.

Spurs v Sheffield United

Tottenham have made a strong start to life under new boss Ange Postecoglou, with three wins from their first four Premier League matches.

Sheffield United’s 2-2 draw at home to Everton last time out saw them earn their first point of the campaign.

Spurs’ strong start will surely continue at home to the Blades.

PREDICTION: Spurs to win. Valued at 1.30 odds on BestBet360

Fulham v Luton Town

Fulham have struggled lately despite winning their first match of the season and they need to return to winning ways.

Luton have played one less game than the hosts and yet to register their first Premier League point and looks like they will be going down again.

PREDICTION: Fulham to win either halves. Valued at 1.30 odds on BestBet0

RB Leipzig v Augsburg

Leipzig are in good form as they face Augsburg that have won just once in their last 15 games and often struggle towards the bottom, but have never been relegated.

Leipzig have won five straight at home, while Augsburg have not won on their travels in 14 games.

PREDICTION: RB Leipzig is valued at 1.28 odds on BestBet360.
