Atletico Madrid v Chelsea
The biggest game of the match day takes place not at the famous Wanda Metropolitano but at the Arena National in Bucharest, much to the disadvantage of the Spanish side. This singular fact may just tilt things in Chelsea’s favour.
Both sides will be without very key players with experience in this competition. Thiago Silva, probably the most experienced player in both teams, continues to nurse an injury and will miss out, while the Spanish table toppers will be without Jose Gimenez, Yannick Carrasco and Sime Vraljko.
After having a flying start to the season, Atletico have begun to choke, with just two wins in five games while Chelsea have four wins and one draw during that time. The Blues are yet to lose under Tuchel.
Both teams are not exactly high scorers and a good defensively so I don’t expect a harvest of goals to open Sylvia’s 29 odds selections. I expect a drab match with so much caution from both sides.

Lazio v Bayern Munich
The defending champions have continued from where they stopped last season and to be honest, I don’t think this is a fair “match”.
Both teams are potent and have scored at least once in their last 12 games.
One hundred times over, Sylvia’s 29 odds selections will put the coins on Hans Flick’s side. I’ll be silly not to, on current form.

Atalanta v Real Madrid
This is another easy-is one to add to Sylvia’s 29 odds selections. The hosts have continued to compete for three consecutive seasons and obviously can’t be overlooked even against 13 times winners, Real Madrid.
Madrid haven’t exactly had the ideal season but despite the absence of many first team players, Zidane has managed to bring out desired results, recording four wins in their last five matches. However, without Captain Ramos, Hazard, Valverde, Benzema, Marcelo, I can’t see how they’ll claim anything result against the might of Atalanta in Italy.

Borussia Monchengladbach v Man City
As is typical of any game that involves Manchester City, it’ll be a dominance.
Their line up and bench against Arsenal over the weekend was scary or indeed, rich. Monchengladbach, especially in a poor run of form, have little or no chance.

This weekend, I present to you Foskolo’s 30 odds+ tips
In midweek, I got just over half of my predictions right in my UEFA Champions League predictions. I have to be honest, I didn’t see Barcelona losing at home which cut my 12 odds betting code.
But hey, you win some, you lose some. So, let’s try again this weekend, shall we?
FRANKFURT vs BAYERN MUNICH
Bayern are champions of the world. It is not in doubt. But Bundesliga teams really don’t care. Arminia Bielefeld proved that in midweek racing to a 3-1 lead against the Champions who rallied to get a point.
This weekend, Hansi Flick’s side have a tougher nut to crack. Frankfurt have been in scintillating form. They have are unbeaten in 10 outings and have won four of their last five games and drawing the other. It’s the same record (four wins, one draw) for Bayern but with eye on next week UEFA Champions League game, this could be a tricky affair.
What’s not tricky I guess is that I expect both teams to be on the score sheet. That’s something to add to your accumulator for the weekend. BestBet360 has it pegged at 1.31 odds and that is where we start Foskolo’s 30+ odds tips.
Bayern to win the game comes at a pricey 1.80 odds which isn’t a bad stake if you ask me. SALZBURG vs RAPID WIEN
This top of the table clash in the Austrian Bundesliga promises to be one for the ages. Wien, until recently, were the dominant team in the league. In fact, they have won the most titles ever in Austria, carting home 32 league crowns.
But in recent years, Salzburg having been bought over by Red Bull have changed the complexion of that dominance, winning eight of the last ten league titles.

ARSENAL vs MANCHESTER CITY
It’s Apprentice vs Master once again in the Premier League as Arsenal lock horns with champions-in-waiting, Manchester City.
Mikel Arteta may have won the battle with a 2-0 win en route winning last season’s FA Cup crown, but Pep Guardiola has solidified the Citizens’ win record in the league in recent clashes.
On form, there’s only one clear winner here. City have won their last 17 matches in all competitions. Arsenal have only managed one win in five. On the head to head count, it’s just a solitary win for the Gunners in their last seven meetings.
So, I’d go with the most likely result for this encounter: an away win. BestBet360 has this priced at 1.54 odds.
Lately, you’re not certain which Man City would turn up: the one who’d win with one or two goal margin or the one who’d go to Merseyside and score four against Liverpool and three against Everton. The UEFA Champions League makes a return this midweek and like I promised on my column here, I’m back to preview the best options and odds on BestBet360 for you with Foskolo’s UCL 12 odds.
So, let’s start with the biggest game of the week
BARCA vs PSG
This eagerly anticipated encounter will surely bring back memories of 2017. PSG went to Camp Nou with a four-goal lead and even managed to get an away goal. Only to see two goals from the 88th minute steal their thunder in a 6-1 thrashing.
Since then, Neymar has crossed sides, Barca have been badly beaten two years in a row in the knock-out stage and PSG has reached the final.

However, his Juve side come into the game on the back of a defeat to Napoli. Add the two defeats to Inter and Fiorentina in December, then Juve aren’t as formidable as they used to be.
The home side themselves don’t have the best of forms. They came from two goals down to salvage a point against Boavista in a 2:2 draw. That’s exactly how they’ve fared in their last four games – draws.
