Sylvia’s Selections

Sylvia’s Selections

Back from yet another weekend of money doubling greens. Congratulations to those that took advantage of it. To those that didn’t, welp, again I say, don’t sleep on my  money doublers.

That being said, we are in the first international break of the season, so the profile and approach to selections will be different. No money doublers this weekend. Sorry.

Ireland v Azerbaijan

On paper this is a straight win for Ireland especially after their near victory against Portugal until a record hungry Cristiano Ronaldo happened.

Between Ireland and Azerbaijan, both teams haven’t had the best run of form recently and have just one win each in their last five games. However, Ireland have two draws more.

It’s match day three and this is the game a pointless Ireland should be gathering points against, even if for some pride.

Tip: 1&1.5 odds @ 1.85odds

Serbia v Luxembourg

This would be the third meeting between these two sides. The previous two have ended in Serbian victories.

Both fixtures have seen nothing less than four goals with both teams finding the back of the net at least once.

Tip: 1&O2.5 @ 1.66 odds

Ukraine v France

On paper, France should ordinarily be favourites to win this tie. But they’ve had a bad stutter since their World Cup victory years ago. This can’t be more evident than in their last four games in which they’ve all drawn. They are unpredictable.

Ukraine is no pushover and got to the quarterfinals of the Euros last time out. They have goals.

Tip: GG @ 2.03 odds

Faroe Island v Denmark

Denmark are world no10. Yes. No10, deservedly, after their Euro run. The young squad is on a good run.

They lost the semifinal to England.

Tip: Highest scoring half – FH @ 3.10 odds

Latvia v Norway

Because there is a Haaland, Norway will score at least one goal.

Tip: 2 @ 1.26 odds

Slovakia v Croatia

Tip: 2 @ 1.93 odds

Uruguay v Bolivia

Every game in South America is a rivalry and is tough. Many times, unpredictable.

Uruguay will be without Luis Suarez and De la Cruz due to injuries.

I expect a low scoring game, if at all.

Tip: U2.5 @ 2.20 odds

Switzerland v Italy

European champions are back and rearing to go with the best player of the continent, Jorginho in the middle to steer things.

Both sides met in the group stage of the Euros and Italy claimed a convincing 3-0 victory. Both teams have won their two and three games respectively in this qualifier series, so far. And Italy once again have started with a perfect record with six goals scored and none conceded.

Expect a vengeful Switzerland. However, I expect Italy to find a way.

Tip: 2 @ 1.96 odds

Germany v Armenia

Surprisingly, Armenia are top of the group and have a perfect record with nine points out of three games while the hosts have six in three. Even North Macedonia are ahead of Germany in second place.

Expect a fast start from Germany and order to be restored at full time, with a convincing victory for for the home side.

Tip: First Half O1.5 @ 1.57 odds

All predictions culminate in a total of 279.92 odds.

BoomBankers Massive Home Odds

BoomBankers Massive Home Odds comes to you after a second week running when the Boom Banker recorded massive wins, as the Boom Banker’s home wins ACCA of 25 odds returned with 100% BOOM, just a week after successfully tossing 20 odds.

This weekend, with all of Europe’s top leagues fully back in action, the Boom Banker’s well researched Home Wins selections for this ‘exciting weekend of football action’ are largely drawn from the Italian Serie A, English Premier League and the Spanish La Liga.

Let’s play along!

JUVENTUS vs EMPOLI

Juventus and Empoli go head to head at Allianz Stadium in a David-vs-Goliath clash on Italian Serie A Matchday 2. Juve dropped a two-goal advantage in a 2-2 draw with Udinese, but they are widely expected to beat the newcomers in front of home fans.

Empoli, on the other hand, experienced all sorts of problems at the back in a 3-1 defeat to Lazio, and they do not look like a team capable of claiming a major scalp on matchday 2 of the new Serie A campaign.

Juventus have won their previous five top-flight home H2Hs vs Empoli ‘to nil‘, and have kept a clean sheet in four of their last five home outings vs Serie A newcomers.

This is unlikely to be anything other than a home win for Juventus at 1.24 odds on Bestbet360 in the BoomBankers Massive Home Odds selections

TOTTENHAM vs WATFORD

Tottenham will be looking to keep their 100% English Premier League record intact when they take on Watford in London on Sunday afternoon.

Spurs kicked off the new Premier League campaign in great manner, and seeing that Harry Kane returned to the squad in the 1-0 win over Wolverhampton, it is no wonder the bookies see Nuno Espirito Santo’s men as hot favourites to win Sunday’s game.

Watford, on the other hand, failed to impress in a 2-0 loss at Brighton, and nothing suggests that they are capable of spoiling Spurs’ party at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.

Worse still, the ‘Hornets’ have struggled on the road, losing seven straight Premier League away games, something they also did in the 2016/17, a campaign in which they narrowly avoided relegation.

Spurs to win at 1.45 odds on Bestbet360 comes handy.

BARCELONA vs GETAFE

After saving one point in a 1-1 draw with Athletic Club, Barcelona will be aiming to return to winning ways in Spanish La Liga when they take on Getafe on Matchday 3.

Messi-less Barca continue with their habit of producing much better showings at home than on the travels, and given their display in the Camp Nou triumph over Real Sociedad, home win should be considered.

Given their difficulties at the back, BoomBankers Massive Home Odds says Barcelona are unlikely to keep a clean sheet in Sunday’s game. Getafe, on the other hand, are not regarded as good travelers, which is the main reason why they are unlikely to grab something from the match.

Barcelona to secure their second home win of the season comes at 1.43 odds on Bestbet360.

LAZIO vs SPEZIA

After recording a come-from-behind win at Empoli, Lazio will be aiming to record their first home win of the new Italian Serie A season when they take on Spezia on Saturday evening.

The Biancocelesti proved their worth in the season opener, and, as a result, the bookies see them as favourites to beat the Bianconeri.

Spezia started the new Serie A campaign with a 2-2 draw at Cagliari, but can’t have been surprised. They’ve seen that scoreline in 20.51% of their all-time top-flight matches, more than any other result.

Lazio are unbeaten in 13 Serie A home fixtures (W12, D1), and won all 12 home league matches in which they scored first in 2020/21.

BoomBankers Massive Home Odds says Lazio to prevail at 1.38 odds on Bestbet360.

ATALANTA vs BOLOGNA

Atalanta will be aiming to build on a 2-1 win over Torino when they take on Bologna at Gewiss Stadium on Saturday afternoon.

Bologna, on the other hand, came from behind to beat newcomers Salernitana 3-2 at home ground, with summer signing Marko Arnautovic opening his goal-scoring account.

With 11 goals in their last three Serie A home campaign openers, Atalanta have an undisputed reputation for tormenting the first league visitors here in recent seasons. In turn, they seem to be even more of a surefire home banker than usual, especially as they’ve not lost a home Serie A H2H since January 2009 (W8, D2) outscoring the opposition 22-6 during this time.

Backing Atalanta to secure home win at 1.36 odds on Bestbet360.

PORTO  vs AROUCA

After dropping two points in a 1-1 draw with Maritimo, Porto will be aiming to return to Liga Portugal winning ways when they take on Arouca at Estadio do Dragao.

The Dragons are determined to regain the domestic trophy, and all pointers suggest a team that will adopt an attack-minded approach in Saturday’s David-vs-Goliath clash.

Arouca, on the other hand, quickly bounced back from a 2-0 loss to Benfica, with the team beating Famalicao 2-1 at home ground. The newcomers, though, often struggle on the travels, and do not look like a team capable of spoiling Porto’s party at Estadio do Dragao.

This game looks as though it should be a fairly easy victory for Porto at 1.22 odds on Bestbet360

Sylvia’s Selections

Sylvia’s 500 odds selections

Sylvia’s 500 odds selections is here and buzzing with pride. Who is the queen of 2+ odds again?? That’s right, I am.

Yes, it wasn’t a clean sweep but when I give tips over two odds, best believe it’s in your best interest to stake on it. Last weekend, saw all my predictions over two odds come through with one particular tip from a single game giving as much as 4.75 odds! I personally think BestBet360 slept on that one.

Seriously though, my job is to find those generous odds and markets on offer by this platform and give you the tips.

This guy told me how he saw the tips but thought they were too crazy but ended up regretting it. Don’t be like this my friend!

Stake big, win big. This weekend, we go again and may the odds once again be in our favour.

Freiburg v Borussia Dortmund

It’s match day two in the German Bundesliga and that is where we start Sylvia’s 500 odds selections.

Freiburg recorded their first victory over Dortmund in 20 encounters in February, a 2-1 victory in their last meeting.

Dortmund are contending with lots of injury concerns that will see influential players like Emre Can, Thorgan Hazard and Julian Brandt miss out. They are also coming off the back of a 3-1 loss to Bayern Munich in the Super Cup.

However, Erling Haaland doesn’t need multiple chances to score and based on his abilities alone, I’ll put the money on Dortmund.

All but one of the last seven encounters between these two sides has seen just a goal scored.

Tip: 2 @ 1.57 odds

Frankfurt v Augsburg

Tip: BTTS – Yes @ 1.59 odds

Leverkusen v Borussia Monchengladbach

The home team slightly have the stats in their favour going into this one with 11W and 5D out of 24 games.

Leverkusen are a potent team, Monchengladbach aren’t far behind either but tend to get the job done more efficiently by shutting their back side to ensure they conceded less.

This game could swing either way but for Sylvia’s 500 odds selections, I fancy both sides to find the back of the net after drawing their first games, respectively.

Tip: GG @ 1.48 odds

WSG Swarovski Tirol v Altach

The visitors have won six of their ten encounters and already have a better start to the season with two points better than the hosts.

Although Tirol haven’t lost a game this season, they are yet to win a single game while Altach have lost two and won two out of four.

Tip: BTTS – Yes @ 1.60 odds

RB Salzburg v SK Austria Klagenfurt

This will be the second meeting between these sides – a 7-0 plummeting by Salzburg.

However, since the exit of Haaland, Salzburg seem to have gone away the season of plummeting their opponents. This season they’ve been just efficient and have only scored more than two goals just once, a 7-1 victory over Reid on matchday one.

Tip: First Half O1.5 @ 1.66 odds

PSV Eindhoven v Cambuur

PSV have never lost to this opposition in seven meetings. They’ve scored over three goals in all but one of their meetings – a goalless draw 2013.

Tip: Home O1.5 FH @ 2.80 odds

FC Groningen v FC Utrecht

Tip: O1.5 @ 1.20 odds

Monaco v Lens

Monaco are yet to win a game this season. They’ve won six and drawn five of the 12 meetings. However, I fancy them recording their first victory at home and against this opposition. It won’t be a walk in the park against Lens though.

Tip: 1 @ 1.78 odds

FC Twente v Ajax

Tip: FH – O1.5 @ 1.80 odds

Feyenoord v Go Ahead Eagles

Tip:  First Half O1.5 @ 1.94 odds

Nice v Marsielle

Nice surprised last weekend with a 4-0 away victory over defending champions Lille. They are tied on points (4) with the visitors so expect a tight game.

Tip: GG @ 1.72 odds

Sturm Graz v Austrian Wien

Tip: 1 @ 1.62 odds

NB: I’ll advise you split tips into two tickets.

Liverpool v Burnley

Liverpool started the new season with a relatively straightforward 3-0 win away to Norwich.

Burnley lost to Brighton despite scoring first and a trip to Anfield is a big task for them but unbeaten in their last two trips.

Tricky game but Liverpool should get the win this time.

PREDICTION: Liverpool to win. Valued at 1.21 odds on BestBet360

Feyenoord v Go Ahead Eagles

Feyenoord stretched their winning streak in the Eredivisie to four matches following their impressive opening weekend victory at Willem II when they ran out 4-0 winners away from home.

They are untouchable at home against a newly-promoted side, Pooja’s 20 odds predos says this should be straightforward for them.

PREDICTION: A win for the home side. Valued at 1.30 odds on BestBet360

Sporting v Belenenses

Sporting CP played with one man less against SC Braga for the last 10 minutes of their match but were still able to scrap a valuable win to stay top of the table.

They are going for their 3rd consecutive win if they defeat Belenenses at home.

Belenenses SAD are yet to get a point in the league losing to both FC Porto and CS Marítimo prior to this match but they took a point from Sporting last time out.

PREDICTION: Sporting to win is valued at 1.21 odds on BestBet360.

Click here to play and win

PSV v Cambuur

PSV got their season off to the perfect start with a 2-0 win at Heracles. Roger Schmidt’s men are unbeaten in their last eight league matches and have won six times in that sequence.

On their return to Eredivisie action for the first time since 2016, Cambuur lost 2-1 at home to FC Groningen on the opening weekend.

In seven previous league visits to PSV, Cambuur have suffered six defeats and picked up just one point. In that time they have conceded 19 goals and scored twice.

PREDICTION: PSV to win. Valued at 1.30 odds on BestBet360

Freiburg v Dortmund

After a fast start to the season, hopes are high that the Black and Yellows can mount a title challenge for the first time in 10 years.

Freiburg will be a tough nut to crack for Dortmund in this early test of their title credentials.

PREDICTION: Dortmund to win. Valued at 1.57 now odds on BestBet360.

There is no shortage of exciting football action this weekend, as the Italian Serie A becomes the last of Europe’s top leagues to commence the new 2021/22 season.

LIVERPOOL vs BURNLEY

We start BoomBankers Home Wins ACCA at Anfield where Liverpool look to make it two wins from two when they face underdogs Burnley in Saturday’s early English Premier League clash.

Liverpool are unbeaten in their last 11 league games and have scored 16 goals in their last six, while Burnley have lost eight of their last ten and shipped 20 goals in the process. With Liverpool winning five of their last six by at least two goals and doing the same in four of their last six meetings with the Clarets.

Burnley went ahead in the second minute against Brighton last weekend but they couldn’t hold on to their lead, conceding two in the space of five second-half minutes to lose the game.

Sean Dyche’s team have now lost eight of their last ten Premier League matches, including each of the last four.

This is unlikely to be anything other than a home win for Liverpool at 1.22 odds on Bestbet360.

INTER MILAN vs GENOA

Italian Serie A champions Inter Milan begin their title defence with a home fixture against Genoa on Saturday.

The Nerazzurri have an impressive defence and midfield in spite of the departure of wing-back Achraf Hakimi. Inter will be short on goals this time around, but if they can maintain their defensive standards then they should secure a top four finish.

Inter have won their last six Serie A matches against Genoa by an aggregate score of 21-0. Genoa lost seven of eight trips to the top eight last season.

Inter Milan to win at 1.40 odds on Bestbet360 comes handy.

ATLÉTICO MADRID vs ELCHE

Champions Atlético Madrid began their Spanish La Liga title defence in winning fashion, recording a 2-1 victory for the fourth La Liga game in a row. Having never lost a top-flight home H2H (W19, D3), the ‘Rojiblancos’ are obvious favourites to win here, and subsequently rack up 7+ consecutive La Liga home victories for the second time since the October 2020 international break.

Visitors Elche remain tipped for relegation and look set for a torturous game here, but after drawing 0-0 with Athletic Bilbao on Monday, they could make history here.

BoomBankers Home wins ACCA likes Atlético Madrid to secure their first home win of the season which comes at 1.25 odds on Bestbet360.

Click here to play and win!!

NAPOLI vs VENEZIA

Napoli failed to finish inside the top four for the second consecutive time last Italian Serie A campaign and are still unsure if talisman Lorenzo Insigne will play his tenth consecutive season here.

A top-four finish is still the priority for new boss Luciano Spalletti, and Napoli are hot favourites to get him off to the perfect start, in turn adding to their unbeaten record in season openers since 2015 (W4, D1).

Expectations of a high-scoring affair here at Stadio Diego Armando Maradona are high as Napoli scored 50+ home SA goals for the first time in their history last term and have won 16 of their last 18 home league matches against SA newcomers (L2), scoring 3+ goals in ten (55.56%).

Napoli to prevail at 1.26 odds on Bestbet360.

CELTIC vs ST. MIRREN

After breaking records by failing to win any of his first three games in charge, Ange Postecoglu is on a roll with Celtic following four wins on the bounce.

His side have been brilliant going forward in those games, scoring 16 goals and missing plenty of chances for more, but still look shaky at the back

All this offers encouragement for a high-scoring Saturday afternoon skirmish with St Mirren, who have scored eight times in their last three Premiership away trips.

Backing Celtic to secure home win at 1.31 odds on Bestbet360.

PSV  vs CAMBUUR

PSV and Cambuur face each other in a David-vs-Goliath clahs at Philips Stadion on Saturday evening.

PSV kicked off the new Dutch Eredivisie campaign in style, with the team beating Heracles on the road, but they need to keep on making progress if they are to put an end to Ajax’s dominance in the Dutch top flight.

Cambuur, on the other hand, failed to impress in a 2-1 loss to Groningen, and seeing that PSV have turned their Phillips Stadion into a real fortress, anything but a routine home win would be a major surprise for BoomBankers Home Wins ACCA.

This game looks as though it should be a fairly easy victory for PSV at 1.30 odds on Bestbet360

Sylvia’s 200 Odds Selections

Welcome to Sylvia’s 200 odds selections! Even though lesser leagues have resumed, I guess it’s safe to say that the leagues officially resume when the Premier League resumes and transfers are getting wrapped up in earnest.

My strategy for today is fewer games, safer odds. For punters with a huge appetite and the risk appetite to go with it. 2+ odds incoming. There are also many new markets on offer. Let’s get right into it and may the odds be in our favour.

Augsburg v Hoffenheim

We kick off Sylvia’s 200 Odds Selections with match day one in the German Bundesliga. Unfortunately, these two sides will be missing many key first team players either due to injury or covid related concerns. Head to head stats strongly favour the visitors.

Last season, they both won this tie on their respective home turfs.

In terms of goals, they’ve both found the back of the net in each of their last four games against each other as well as their last three games individually.

The first game of the season can be very unpredictable hence I’ll put the money on goals to be scored.

Tip: O1.5 Second Half @ 1.71 odds

Borussia Dortmund v Frankfurt

So far in preseason, Erling Haaland has continued from where he left off. He scored a hat trick in Dortmund’s last game against Wehen Wiesbaden. The man has repeatedly emphasized his commitment to the club and his on the pitch actives have backed that up. He is fired up.

Sylvia’s 200 odds selections expects at least a goal from him and multiple goals from Dortmund in general.

Tip: 1 & BTTS – Yes @ 2.29 odds

Arminia Bielefeld v Freiburg

Tip: 12

Ajax v NEC Njimengen

The Dutch champions fell to a surprise 4-0 humiliation in their last game before the start of the season. That loss was the Super Cup against PSV. Two goal hero, Nigerian-born Noni Madueke was the MOTM.

Perhaps Ajax which had its major players start in that game weren’t ready for the start of competitive football. Although they were without their first choice goalkeeper, Andre Onana.

Against Nijmengen, will they finally be ready?? There have been 12 previous encounters and the home side have won nine and lost none of them.

The league officially means back to work and against this lowly opposition, I fancy a return of the Ajax we are used to. None of those games witnessed less than two goals scored. Expect a statement victory. Feeling confident.

Tip: Home O2.5 First Half @ 4.75odds

Click here to play and win with BestBet360

If you are feeling good and want to push your luck, continue with these tips…I’ll advise to play this second half on a different ticket.

Heracles v PSV

Fresh from humiliating Ajax to win the Super Cup and defeating Midtjylland in the Champions League, PSV who have won all of their last six matches have the odds highly in their favour.  In 22 encounters with this opposition, they’ve won 18 and lost just once.

Tip: 1 & O1.5 @ 1.54 odds

Lille v Nice

League champions, Lille surprisingly drew 3-3 away at Metz on match day one, fresh off the back of that 1-0 Super Cup victory over PSG. Last weekend’s draw obviously was Lille unfamiliar territory. They are rarely involved in  games that sees that high number of goals.

Nice played out a goalles draw against Reims last weekend.

Now on home turf, I expect Nice to be a tougher opposition than Metz, but Lille would do just enough especially defensively.

Tip: 1 @ 1.88 odds

Marseille v Bordeaux

Tip: 1 @ 1.57 odds

Willem II v Feyenoord

The visitors have the better odds and stats but Willem seem to be on a brilliant run of form. It’s going to be a tight game. However, ultimately, I expect the regular suspect with 15 wins out of 20 encounters to carry the day.

Tip: 2 @ 1.85 odds

All predictions culminate in a total of 208.03 odds.
