Sylvia’s Best Euro Odds

Sylvia’s Best Euro Odds

Sylvia’s Best Euro Odds is back for another weekend as club football returns, thankfully.

Some clubs will be without some of their key players  especially from South America due to their late involvement in the World Cup qualifiers on Friday. And with an eye on the Champions League in midweek, expect the line-ups and potentially results of certain games to be affected.

My tips for this weekend will come from the bigger leagues as well as the lesser leagues from around Europe.

Here we go and may the odds be in our favour.

Watford v Liverpool

The last meeting between these two took place in February 2020, before the whole world was put on a pause and everything seemed normal. That now feels like a world ago and a lot has changed including Watford manager.

The Reds are doubtful of being with their first choice goalkeeper, Alisson. However, Spanish backup Adrian is a capable deputy against this opposition.

Until that last meeting in February, Liverpool had won all four games before that, scoring 15 times and conceding none.

I expect a return to regular programming for this one as the race for the top of the table continues.

Tip: 2 & NG @ 2.03 odds

Manchester City v Burnley

On paper this is almost a given in favour of the hosts. City have won 12 and drawn two of the 15 fixtures between these two.

Eight of that 12 ended with City not conceding any goal – half of that came in their last four meetings. This emphasizes the increasing dominance.

I fancy a high scoring match and a City clean sheet for Sylvia’s Best Euro Odds

Tip: Home Team FH O1.5 @ 1.85 odds

Leicester City v Manchester United

Leicester City have struggled this season and have found themselves on the bottom half of the table. To make matters worse they’ll go into this match without their midfield star, Wilfred Ndidi.

That’s a big loss.

I’ll fancy both sides hitting the back of the net but an ultimate victory for Manchester United.

Tip: GG @ 1.62 odds

Score prediction: 1-3 @ 16.25 odds

Brentford v Chelsea

Table toppers Chelsea travel to the home of this surprise new revelation who have earned their current seventh place status.

For emphasis, they are just two points behind both Manchester clubs and are ahead of Tottenham and Arsenal after seven games.

They’ve managed to secure good results over decent teams and a surprise 3-3 draw with Liverpool, however, this encounter with Chelsea will be their biggest test yet.

Despite having lots of key players returning from the international break,  the Blues will have a squad bug enough to prosecute this game and get the desired result – a victory. But it won’t be a work in the park as I expect Brentford to be aiming for a draw and will be happy to sit deep the whole game.

Tip: 2 @ 1.61 odds

Borussia Dortmund v Mainz

It’s been 16 wins and four draws out of 24 games for Dortmund.

The hosts are just one spot behind table toppers Bayern while Mainz are five points behind in ninth.

This game will be decided based on form and Dortmund certainly have the advantage having won six of their last seven games while the visitors have just two wins and two draws in that time.

I don’t expect a high scoring game though.

Tip: Second Half O1.5 @ 1.58 odds

Lazio v Inter Milan

Lazio will pose a huge challenge to this impressive Inter Milan side but ultimately, expect the high scoring Simone Inzaghi side to outdo their hosts. They are that dominant.

Tip: x2 & GG @ 1.92 odds

SC Heerenven v Ajax

I expect Heerenven to be the latest victims to fall by the very prolific Ajax at full time. The hosts have already conceded 12 goals in eight games. Against an Ajax side that have scored 30 and conceded two in same number of games, they stand little or no chance of escaping a brutal whipping.

Tip: Second half O1.5 @ 1.45 odds

Feyenoord v RKC Waalwijk

Tip: FH O1.5 @ 1.75 odds

PSV Eindhoven v PEC Zwolle

Tip: First Half O1.5 @ 1.90

Montpellier v Lens

Tip: GG @ 1.54 odds

All predictions culminate in a total of 220.62 odds.

BoomBankers International Home ACCA see top flight club football take a break to observe FIFA international break as national teams across six (6) FIFA Confederations continue to jostle for places in the 2022 FIFA World Cup finals to be held  in Qatar.

This weekend, with all of Europe’s top leagues on hold, the Boom Banker’s well researched Home Wins selections for this ‘weekend of international football’ are essentially drawn from the 2022 FIFA World Cup qualification series.

SWEDEN vs KOSOVO

Sweden should bounce back from their 2-1 defeat in Greece last time out when they square off against Kosovo in Solna on Saturday.

The Swedes were comprehensive 3-0 winners in March’s reverse fixture in Pristina.

They have been in decent form overall throughout the past year or so with nine wins from their last 12 outings, including three victories from four in Group B. Those results mean they are back in contention for Qatar 2022 despite their September disappointment in Athens, though they can’t afford any slip up here with the Greeks laid up just three points behind them.

With Kosovo losing three from five in the campaign and seven of their last 11 on their travels, another cosy success is on the cards for Sweden, however adding both teams to score into the mix can markedly boost the hosts’ price in the 1X2 market.

Sweden to win at 1.34 odds on Bestbet360 comes handy.

GHANA vs ZIMBABWE

Ghana host Zimbabwe at the Cape Coast Sports Stadium on Saturday, looking for their second win of the 2022 FIFA World Cup qualifiers.

Following their opening game victory over Ethiopia, the Black Stars were dramatically beaten 1-0 by South Africa. That leaves them in second place in Group G behind Bafana Bafana, who’re just a point ahead of them.

Meanwhile, Zimbabwe are at the bottom, having failed to win any of their games so far. They held South Africa to a goalless draw but fell to a stoppage-time 1-0 defeat to Ethiopia.

The Black Stars have won exactly half of their previous six clashes with Zimbabwe, losing just once. That defeat came in their last encounter, which was way back in January 2006 during the African Cup of Nations.

Ghana to secure a home win comes at 1.26 odds on Bestbet360.

SWITZERLAND vs NORTHERN IRELAND

Switzerland showed some moments of brilliance in the final third at Euro 2020 – beating Turkey 3-1 and pushing France in a 3-3 draw before winning on penalties – but their attacking threat has since waned and their clash with Northern Ireland could be a low-scoring affair.

In Haris Seferovic and Breel Embolo, the Swiss have talented forwards in their ranks but they often struggle to translate that into goals and their last two competitive fixtures have both ended 0-0.

One of those goalless stalemates was against Northern Ireland, whose pursuit of a World Cup 2022 qualifying berth has been built around a tight defence.

They have shipped only three times in their first four qualifiers but also appear to be lacking in attack, having only edged Estonia 1-0 in a friendly fixture last month

Switzerland to prevail at 1.32 odds on Bestbet360.

NORWAY vs MONTENEGRO

Norway, buoyed by their previous result, will be hoping for more of the same after the 5-1 World Cup Qualifiers victory against Gibraltar.

Norway haven’t been able to stop scoring goals, netting in each and every one of their last 6 matches.

They have managed to rack up 11 during that time while seeing the number of goals scored against them stand at 4.

In their last  game, Montenegro drew 0-0 in the World Cup Qualifiers  tie with Latvia.

Backing Norway to secure home win at 1.61 odds on Bestbet360 for BoomBankers International Home ACCA

PORTUGAL  vs QATAR

Portugal are set to play Qatar at the Estádio Algarve on Saturday for an international friendly fixture.

Portugal come into this game on the back of a 3-0 win over Gianni De Biasi’s Azerbaijan in their most recent game.

Qatar, on the other hand, drew 1-1 against Luc Holtz’s Luxembourg.

Qatar and Portugal have faced each other once before. Earlier this year, Portugal beat nine-man Qatar 3-1 in a friendly game.

This game looks as though it should be a fairly easy victory for Portugal at 1.21 odds on Bestbet360

Switzerland v Northern Ireland

Switzerland and Northern Ireland played out a 0-0 draw last time out in World Cup qualification.

The Swiss are unbeaten in their last 17 World Cup qualifiers on home soil.

PREDICTION: Switzerland to win. Valued at 1.32 odds on BestBet360

Finland v Ukraine

Ukraine and Finland are locked on five points in second and third, respectively, though Finland have a game in hand.

The Ukrainians have remarkably drawn all five of their group matches thus far and it won’t be an easy game against Finland.

PREDICTION: Over 1.5 goals. Valued at 1.36 odds on BestBet360

Moldova v Denmark

Moldova have lost five of their six qualifiers and were demolished 8-0 by Denmark’s second team in the reverse fixture.

Denmark have a perfect record in qualification. They have won six games from six, scored 22 goals and conceded none and make this an easy one for Pooja’s Games To Bank On.

PREDICTION: Game to end over 2.5 goals is valued at 1.41 odds on BestBet360.

Azerbaijan v Ireland

Azerbaijan and Ireland are at the bottom of Group A and looks like they won’t qualify for the World Cup.

Ireland have remarkably only won one of their last 17 matches.

PREDICTION: Over 1.5 goals. Valued at 1.50 odds on BestBet360

Kazakhstan v Bosnia

Kazakhstan and Bosnia are winless in Group D both occupying the bottom spots on three points.

They played each other last time out in qualification and drew 2-2.

PREDICTION: Bosnia to win & valued at 1.73 odds on @BestBet360.

Sylvia’s international odds selections

Sylvia’s international odds selections brings you the best odds during a massive week of international football as club action take a backseat

It’s the international break AGAIN! Pretty sure everybody including FIFA hates the break but you know.

Seriously though, usually at times like this, the game options are narrower than usual. However, there are still ties with lesser odds to pick from including from Africa.

So here we go and may the odds be in our favour.

Register here to conveniently use my code every weekend on this platform

Ghana v Zimbabwe

It’s the third round of CAF World Cup qualifier and Ghana face Zimbabwe in this first leg of this tie.

Ghana are second in the group behind South Africa and could go top of their Group G if South Africa lose to Ethiopia who incidentally are tied on points with the West African side.

Despite the off the pitch issues Ghana football has had to deal with recently, I fancy the Black Stars to get the job done with few goals.

Tip: 1 @ 1.26 odds

Luxembourg v Serbia

It’s second versus third.

Luxembourg are yet to win a single point against Serbia in three previous meetings. Their encounters also tend to see nothing less than four goals scored between them.

Serbia are lethal and for Sylvia’s international odds selections, I expect to see another high scoring game.

Tip: 2 & O1.5 @ 1.55 odds

Sweden v Kosovo

The two previous meetings between them ended in victories for Sweden who kept clean sheets in both cases.

Sweden are behind brilliant Spain and occupy the final spot for a chance to advance to the next stage. Home comforts will count in their favour.

Tip: 1 & O1.5 @ 1.42 odds

Andorra v England

All but a guaranteed victory for a stronger England squad against Andorra who are second from the bottom with six games played.

Tip: Second half O1.5 @ 1.33 odds

Panama v USA

As weird as this sounds, this is a David v Goliath pairing, at least as long as CONCACAF is concerned.

USA are way ahead of Panama on the football pitch. They have won ten and drawn four out of fifteen encounters.

However, both teams are tied on points and intact identical on all key stats.

I expect the USA to pull ahead after this game.

Tip: 2 @ 1.77 odds

Jamaica v Canada

Canada are second best in their group, behind Mexico and even ahead of USA. Jamaica are bottom of the group.

Canada football has continued to grow in recent times as was evident in their women’s team winning the summer Olympics.

It’s good money doubling odds to take advantage of for Sylvia’s international odds selections

Tip: 2 @ 2.08 odds

Atletico MG v Ceara

The hosts are a whopping 11 (50) points ahead of their nearest challengers and are armed with Diego Costa. Yep, the same Diego Costa, formerly of Chelsea and now embroiled in a betting scandal in Brazil.

However, despite the fact that the club have insisted on standing by him, it’s not certain if he’ll be part of this game as he is also nursing an injury. Atletico haven’t lost in 15 matches but have also just 1W and 4D in their last five.

That being said, Ceara in 13th place and with almost half the total number of points as their hosts (29) will be glad to leave with a draw at full time. I would have staked on goals but with Diego Costa very likely to be unavailable, that won’t be smart by me. I could be wrong though.

Tip: 1 @ 1.42 odds

Internacional v Chapecoense AF

Tip: 1 @ 1.51 odds

All predictions culminate in a total of 42.80 odds.

Chelsea v Southampton

Chelsea have lost back-to-back matches but what is a concern is that they have only managed one shot on target across the two fixtures.

They need a response against Southampton who have drawn their last 3 games before they lost to Wolves.

However, Chelsea haven’t lost three games in a row since October 2015 and remain a favorite here.

PREDICTION: Chelsea to win. Valued at 1.43 odds on BestBet360

Dortmund v Augsburg

Dortmund are already 4 points behind Bayern & they can’t afford to drop more points.

Augsburg have managed two goals in six games, but have somehow picked up five points.

PREDICTION: Dortmund to win. Valued at 1.24 odds on BestBet360

RB Leipzig v Bochum

RB Leipzig need all the motivations to come back to winning ways after losing 1-2 to Club Brugge in the Champions League.

Bochum, champions of Bundesliga 2 last season, will be no pushovers, but Leipzig should get the job done on home soil.

PREDICTION: RB Leipzig to win is valued at 1.24 odds on BestBet360.

Click here to win your share of N2 million

Dynamo Moscow v Krylya Sovetov

Dynamo Moscow are going through a very good moment of form after consecutive wins and are currently second in the table behind FC Zenit.

Krylya Sovetov have lost their last two matches away from Samara and are surely hoping to reverse that trend here.

PREDICTION: Dynamo Moscow to win. Valued at 1.66 odds on BestBet360

Besiktas v Sivasspor

Besiktas were beaten 2-1 by Altay last time out.

Sivasspor demolished Karagumruk 4-0 last time out. Sivasspor’s biggest problem is that they struggle against teams that boast individual talent and Besiktas is brimming with those.

At home, after two disappointing results in a row, Besiktas should get a win.

PREDICTION: Besiktas to win & valued at 1.85 odds on @BestBet360.

Sylvia’s 300-odds green selections

Sylvia’s 300-odds green selections comes as a recovery from last weekend, which served us a lot of shocking results from across the leagues. But that’s punting and we go again.

This weekend I’ll be making my selections predominately from lesser leagues and safer predictions. Expect more games with lower odds. This one is for our cumulative punters.

May the odds be in our favour!

Fortuna Sittard v NEC Nijmegen

Two teams having a mixed season so far after six and seven games, respectively. They both have an average of a goal per game and have conceded twice their the number of games played – 13 and 14, respectively.

Six out of their previous seven meetings has seen both teams score at least once with the advantage going to the visitors – five wins, one draw.

Tip: GG @ 1.64 odds

RKC Waalwijk v Go Ahead Eagles

Two teams underperforming in the league although with an almost identical head-to-head stats. Waalwijk have a slight advantage with five wins and five draws in previous 14 games.

In terms of current form, both teams have lost three of their last five but Eagles have won the rest. That’s a significant four points more that have kept them away from relegation places.

I’ll fancy the visitors to claim victory. However, I’ll play it safe for Sylvia’s 300-odds green selections.

Tip: x2 & O1.5 @ 1.92 odds

Heracles v Willem II

Nine points and nine places separate these two sides with the visitors overwhelmingly favourites, on paper, to claim all three points. This is despite Heracles having a two match advantage on head2head stats with nine wins and two draws out of 18 games.

Willem are second on the log, just three points behind Ajax. They are have not lost a game in their last six matches – five wins and one draw. Meanwhile, Heracles have two wins, one draw and three losses in same amount of games.

Tip: x2 @ 1.75 odds

Ajax v Utrecht

Expect an entertaining game from this fixture despite five points separating the table toppers from the visitors.

They are both high scoring teams albeit, not in same capacity. Utrecht have scored ten goals more than the number of games played (seven), while Ajax have almost twice as much as Utrecht (30).

Ajax have also conceded just once in their last seven matches while scoring 31 times. They’ve conceded just once this season and I won’t be surprised if they keep another clean sheet this weekend.

That’s some serious next level.

Tip: 1 & NG @ 2.04 odds

Vitesse v Feyenoord

Feyenoord has continued to pull their weight near the top of the table in third place.

Vitesse have had a mixed season so far. I’ll be surprised if they get anything out of this one.

Tip: 2 @ 2.04 odds

PSV Eindhoven v Sparta Rotterdam

PSV have had a run of mixed results and I’m not feeling very confident about them despite having more than twice the number of points than their visitors. However, I’ll stake on the goals.

Tip: O2.5 @ 1.48 odds

Nice v Brest

Nice have continued their impressive start to the season and their next opponent isn’t exactly the ideal challenge for them, on paper.

Brest haven’t won a single game in their last 16 fixtures in all competitions. Majority of them were loses.

Home advantage will be an added bonus for the Nice side. Easy call for Sylvia’s 300-odds green selections

Tip: 1 @ 1.57 odds

Lille v Marsielle

Expect an entertaining game from these two sides. Surprisingly, the defending champions have continued to stagger this season.

Tip: O1.5 @ 1.28 odds

Saint-Etienne v Lyon

This season looks like the season the hosts will finally get relegated again. It’s been a while. In the last couple of seasons they’ve continued to struggle their way to survival and cheat the jaws of relegation. Eight games have been played and they’ve managed just three draws. I hope for their sake they prove me wrong but after this weekend.

Lyon are in seventh place and this is just the perfect fixture they need to get the boost up the table.

Tip: 2 @ 1.81 odds

Dinamo Zagreb v NK Hrvatski

Tip: O2.5 @ 1.35

Bournemouth v Sheffield United

The hosts haven’t defeated United in any of their six meetings. The visitors have won five of those.

However, the hosts are on fire this season and are tired on points with West Brom at the top of the table with 22 points in 10 matches.

Sheffield on the other hand are ten points behind in 13th place.

I’ll fancy the hosts to record their first win but I’ll play it safe.

Tip: U2.5 @ 1.71 odds

All predictions culminate in a total of 284.99 odds. Split tickets.
