BoomBanker 14-odds Euro Wins ACCA

The Boom Banker comes to you this weekend with 14 odds Euro Wins ACCA, as the 2023 European club football summer break is now in full effect.

With the UEFA national teams resuming their quest for Germany 2024 qualifications, the Boom Banker’s well researched 14 odds Straight Wins selections for this weekend are mainly drawn from the weekend’s UEFA European Championship qualification matches.

Let’s play along!

DENMARK VS NORTHERN IRELAND

Northern Ireland had a mixed opening two games of their Euro 2024 qualifying process, beating San Marino 2-0 before falling 1-0 to Finland.

They face likely Group H winners Denmark here but the hosts have not been at their best recently, losing to Kazakhstan 3-2 in their most recent game.

After a poor World Cup campaign, the Danes have hardly put their best foot forward in these qualifiers, needing two late goals to get past Finland and being beaten by the Kazakhs despite being 2-0 up.

Northern Ireland have rediscovered their goal scoring touch in recent games, netting nine times in their last six matches.

They could trouble a Denmark side that may let complacency set in after a long season.

Nevertheless, the hosts did beat France home and away last year and should have too much for a Northern Ireland side who have not faced an opponent of this quality in a while.

Denmark to prevail at 1.26 odds on BestBet360.

WALES VS ARMENIA

Wales produced a strong beginning to their Euro 2024 qualifying campaign, taking a hard-earned point away to Croatia before beating Latvia 1-0 at home.

The Red Dragons have a solid chance of backing that up when they host Armenia, who were beaten 2-1 by Turkey in their first qualifier before securing a 2-2 stalemate with Cyprus in a friendly, thanks in part to their opponents being reduced to ten men.

Armenia’s defence has struggled recently, they have been beaten 4-1 by Scotland, 5-0 by Ukraine and 3-2 by Ireland in their last five games.

Wales have hardly set the world alight going forward in their two games of the post-Gareth Bale era but have a very solid opportunity to let loose here.

Expect Rob Page to give a chance to some of his young stars and they should be able to secure a high-scoring victory over these opponents, who are ranked 97th in the world. Armenia have conceded 19 times in their last six.

Wales to win at 1.38 odds on BestBet360 comes handy.

BELGIUM VS AUSTRIA

The two unbeaten nations in Group F face off on Saturday when Belgium host Austria at Stade Roi Baudouin in Brussels.

There will be no Kevin De Bruyne in the Red Devils line-up after he tore his hamstring and there could be quite a youthful look to Domenico Tedesco’s starting selection.

Eight of his squad are aged 23 or under and only one outfield player is over the age of 30 now after most of the old guard were slowly phased out.

Austria will be without some key talent too, including injured midfielder Marcel Sabitzer, but David Alaba captains a side that has now four games on the bounce.

Ralf Rangnick’s methods are getting results and he can set his team up to capitalise on any errors a more youthful Belgium may make without old heads like De Bruyne to steer them.

However, their away record is downright awful. This could hurt them against a youthful Belgian team.

Backing Belgium to secure a comfortable home win at 1.61 odds on BestBet360.

ALBANIA VS MOLDOVA

Rooted to the foot of Euro 2024 qualification Group E in its infancy, Albania have work to do if they’re to emulate their success in Euro 2016 qualification. To date, that’s the only major tournament Albania have partaken in, and considering that qualification campaign started with a surprise victory in Portugal, the Eagles have certainly got off on the wrong footing so far.

A change in fortunes could be just around the corner with Moldova next up, a nation Albania have beaten in four of their five historical H2Hs (D1). The pair were actually paired up in Euro 2020 qualification, and with Albania winning both those meetings by an aggregate 6-0 scoreline, they’ll hope this is the perfect game to kick start their bid to be in Germany for next summer’s showpiece finals.

Having started their qualification campaign on assured footing with back-to-back home draws, Moldova themselves will be hoping they can post their first victory. That’s perhaps easier said than done for a side who have won just one of their last 22 Euro qualifiers (D4, L17), but a 0-0 draw against #38 ranked Czechia in their last outing should at least boost belief ahead of a visit to an Albania side 30 places worse off.

A poor travelling record in Euro qualifiers perhaps dampens that belief a little, with seven successive defeats, six of which came ‘to nil’, threatening to offset their solid start. Boss Serghei Cleșcenco will hope he’s the man to end that run, with his 50% win rate as Moldova coach (W5, D1, L4) the highest win rate of any manager in the nation’s history to have managed at least ten games

Albania to secure a routine home win comes at 1.37 odds on BestBet360.

Sylvia’s End of season 2-odds winners

Sylvia’s End of season 2-odds winners

The top leagues have finally come to an end but the biggest game of the European season is up next as the main event.

It’s the unlikely pairing, and in all honesty, we may just be served an upset. But time will tell.

Now it’s time to focus my searchlight on some smaller “off season” leagues.

As usual, may the odds be in our favour once again and may we smile home with 2odds.

Manchester City v Inter Milan

As much as Manchester City have been unplayable and are on the verge of claiming a treble, I honestly won’t risk pitting my money against an Italian side like Inter with very experienced players and a hungry squad with nothing to lose. Nobody expected them to come this far.

I don’t see a high scoring game and the game may well go into extra time.

Tip: x2 @ 2.66 odds

São Paulo v Palmeiras

Tip: x2 @ 1.32 odds

Flamengo v Gremio

The 2022/2023 European football league season officially comes to a close this weekend with the final of the UEFA Champions League taking place at Atatürk Olimpiyat Stadium in Istanbul, Turkey.

With Europe’s elite leagues now fully on summer break, the Boom Banker’s well researched 13 odds Home Wins selections for this weekend are largely drawn from leagues across South America, Asia and lower leagues in Europe.

Let’s play along!

MANCHESTER CITY VS INTER MILAN

The Atatürk Olimpiyat Stadium was the scene of one of the most dramatic Champions League finals this century when Liverpool came from 3-0 down to beat AC Milan on penalties in 2005 and all signs point towards another dose of Milanese pain when the blue half of the city travel to Istanbul on Saturday.

Manchester City, hunting for the last missing jewel in their gaudy crown, are huge favourites to complete an historic treble and, should they live up to their favouritism, would match their cross-city rivals’ 1999 achievement on Saturday.

Pep Guardiola’s side, who lost their only previous Champions League final appearance in 2021, are the competition’s top scorers with 31 goals scored and have not lost any of their 12 outings.

Inter tasted defeat twice – both to Bayern Munich – in the group stages but are unbeaten in the Champions League since then, including a famous win over AC Milan in the semi-finals.

However, Manchester City are arguably the best side in world football and will pose a much greater threat than any team they have faced so far.

That being said, the Cityzens have not been perfect, especially at the back. They have conceded in 11 of their last 17 in all competitions and in six of their last seven away from the Etihad, while their only away win in the Champions League this season came all the way back in September against Sevilla.

Since breaking out of a bad run in March, Inter Milan have scored in 16 of their 17 games in all competitions and have scored nine goals in six knockout ties this term. Given Manchester City’s defensive frailties, backing both teams to get on the scoresheet looks a solid option for Saturday.

Manchester City to prevail at 1.47 odds on BestBet360.

SHANGHAI PORT FC VS NANTONG ZHIYUN

Fresh off the back of their first defeat of the season, Shanghai Port welcome Nantong Zhiyun to the Pudong Football Stadium in round 12 of the Chinese Super League on Friday.

The visitors moved away from the bottom of the table last time out courtesy of a deserved win over Qingdao Hainiu and will look to build on that result.

Shanghai Port were sent crashing back to earth in the new Super League campaign as they were beaten 1-0 by Chengdu Rongcheng when the sides squared off last Saturday.

Prior to that, Javier Pereira’s side were unbeaten in their opening 11 matches of the season, including five wins on the bounce preceding their defeat to Rongcheng.

A run of 26 points from their first 11 matches sees Shanghai Port sit at the top of the Super League table, three points above second-placed Chengdu Rongcheng.

Their impressive start to the season has been owing to the solid job done at both ends of the pitch, as they have scored 19 goals so far and boast the division’s second-meanest defence, with eight goals conceded.

Nantong Zhiyun, on the other hand, picked up a much-needed victory last time out, when they beat 10-man Qingdao Hainiu 1-0 at the Rugao Olympic Sports Center.

Shanghai Port suffered a slight bump in the road last time out, but they boast the firepower needed to bounce back and get the job done. While Nantong Zhiyun will be looking to build on their win over Qingdao Hainiu and put together a run of form, the hosts are expected to ease to a comfortable victory in this one.

Shanghai Port to win at 1.28 odds on BestBet360 comes handy.

YOKOHAMA F. MARINOS VS KASHIWA REYSOL

Kashiwa Reysol are the guests at Nissan Stadium on Saturday for the Japanese J1 League clash with home team Yokohama F. Marinos.

Yokohama  fans will want a repeat of their previous result, being the 2-3 J1 League victory versus FC Tokyo.

Yokohama are looking to stay at the top of the table while slipping 17th place in the standings is a big blow for Kashiwa Reysol. In the last six games between these two teams, however, Yokohama have been unable to bring about in huge dominating run but they did pick up a big win in the recent fixture back in June 2022.

Kashiwa Reysol have not beaten Yokohama in away games against them for the last 6 matches in the league.. They haven’t also won away from home in the past 2 league games.

It’s likely that Kashiwa Reysol will have to play really well to get a goal against a Yokohama lineup who have all the attributes to really boss this match.

This should be a convincing victory for Yokohama  at the end of the 90 minutes.

Backing Yokohama to secure a comfortable home win at 1.62 odds on BestBet360.

HÄCKEN GOTHENBURG VS MJÄLLBY  AIF

Mjällby AIF will be the visitors at Bravida Arena on Sunday for the Swedish Allsvenskan fixture with home side BK Häcken.

Häcken will be looking for another win after the 0-2 Allsvenskan success over Varbergs BoIS. Mjällby, on the other hand, come into the clash following on from a 0-1 Allsvenskan win versus IFK Göteborg in their last fixture.

A look at their previous results shows that Häcken haven’t been beaten in the league by Mjällby  in their last 5 matches. The hosts haven’t been defeated in their previous 4 home league matches.

Coming into this meeting, Mjällby have not won against Häcken when having played them away from home in the previous 7 matches in the league.

No doubt, Mjällby will likely create enough chances to score against this Häcken lineup, but that is unlikely to be as many as the goals that they could concede.

Häcken to secure a routine home win comes at 1.35 odds on BestBet360.

Nantes v Angers

Nantes need to win at home to survive relegation and if they fail to defeat Angers.

Angers could be tricky for them because they don’t have anything to lose as they are relegated.

PREDICTION: Nantes to win. Valued at 1.36 odds on BestBet360

Monaco v Toulouse

Monaco need a win to make certain of a place in Europe as the game is a must win for them.

Toulouse have nothing at stake here, and in the absence of any natural rivalry, may not offer much in the way of opposition.

PREDICTION: Monaco 1.46 odds to win. Valued at 1.28 odds on BestBet360

Zenit v FC Fakel

FC Zenit need to return to winning ways after 3 draws as they continue to pray for pride.

FC Fakel have escaped for now from the play-off relegation zone in the standings but they still need points from the home team.

PREDICTION: Zenit 1.63 odds to win is valued at 1.89 odds on BestBet360.

CSKA Moscow v FC Rostov

CSKA failed to win their last couple of matches, but they need a win here to secure second place in the league table.

FC Rostov returned to winning ways last time out against FK Akhmat after a run of negative results and a win might help them to change places with CSKA Moscow in the league table.

PREDICTION: CSKA Moscow to Win is valued at 1.43 odds on BestBet360.

Locomotiv Moscow v Torpedo

Lokomotiv defeated Dynamo in the Moscow derby last time out and extended their undefeated run in the league to seven matches.

Torpedo Moscow pulled off a decent performance in last round’s match, but failed to avoid another defeat.

It was a disastrous season for the historical Moscow outfit.

PREDICTION: Locomotiv to win is valued at 1.80 odds on BestBet360.

BoomBanker 13-odds season-ending ACCA

BoomBanker Season-Ending 18-odds ACCA

The European football league summer break is upon us, as the Spanish La Liga, French Ligue 1 and Italian Serie A, this weekend, become the latest Europe’s top leagues to draw the curtain on their 2022/2023 seasons.

Amidst the excitement of the last day of the season rush across leagues in Europe, the Boom Banker’s well researched 18 odds Home Wins selections are largely drawn from those matches of high significance and huge consequences.

Let’s play along!

PSG VS CLERMONT

Aiming to celebrate their Ligue 1 title coronation in the right way and end another turbulent campaign with a flourish, Paris Saint-Germain welcome Clermont to the Parc des Princes for Saturday’s finale.

Christophe Galtier’s team wrapped up their 11th top-flight crown in a 1-1 draw with Strasbourg last weekend, while their visitors are certain of a top-half finish in a campaign that has exceeded all expectations.

As was the case 12 months ago, confirmation of PSG’s status as top dogs in France was followed by relatively muted celebrations, as Les Parisiens successfully retained their crown despite failing to assert their dominance on the Stade de la Meinau turf.

Success for PSG on Saturday would take them onto 27 victories and 88 points for the campaign – a higher tally than Mauricio Pochettino achieved in the 2020-21 (82) or 2021-22 (86) seasons – and the champions’ most recent encounter in front of their own fans ended in a 5-0 thrashing of Ajaccio.

However, the Parc des Princes is not the same stronghold it once was for France’s top dogs, who have suffered defeat in three of their last five Ligue 1 home games and have not kept back-to-back clean sheets on their own turf all season long – music to the ears of an over-achieving Clermont.

Making their debut in the top flight last year and staying up by the skin of their teeth in 17th place – a ranking which would have demoted them this time around – Clermont have been one of the most surprising success stories of the current campaign, cementing themselves as a top-half outfit thanks to a magnificent springtime spell.

Sitting pretty in eighth in the table, Les Lanciers cannot drag themselves into the top seven this weekend and may be bumped down to ninth – Nice are only one point adrift of Gastien’s side – but little can dampen the spirits of Clermont, whose tally of 56 points is the highest for a team in their second Ligue 1 campaign for 34 years.

PSG’s depleted defence is hardly impenetrable on the Parc des Princes turf, but in what will likely be the farewell match of Galtier, Messi and others, the champions should grind out a professional win to give their departing contingent the perfect send-off.

This is unlikely to be anything other than a home win for PSG at 1.20 odds on BestBet360.

NAPOLI VS SAMPDORIA

Two teams at opposite ends of the Serie A standings meet at Stadio Maradona on Sunday, as champions Napoli host relegated Sampdoria on the final day of the season.

A historic campaign for the Partenopei saw their 33-year wait for a Scudetto finally ended, while their Ligurian counterparts fell apart at the seams and will finish rock-bottom regardless of the result this weekend.

There is no doubt Napoli’s recent results have not matched their fantastic form throughout most of the season, but with the title long since sewn up they have been undertaking a victory tour over the past few weeks.

Ahead of their final fixture, Napoli sit 16 points ahead of second-placed Lazio, with 87 points already in the bag: the club’s second-highest tally in a Serie A campaign, behind the 91 picked up under Maurizio Sarri in 2017-18 – and that was still not enough to take top spot from Juventus.

In addition to blitzing their way to the Champions League quarter-finals before tamely surrendering to Milan, the Azzurri have scored the most goals (75) in Italy’s top flight this season, and they may fancy their chances of adding more during Sunday’s season finale.

Having found the net 49 times in their last 19 league games against Sampdoria – at an average of 2.6 goals per match – Napoli have also won each of their last eight Serie A meetings with the Genoa club.

That long run of losses represents Samp’s worst streak against a single opponent, and before they journey down to Naples this week, their last away win against Napoli came back in April 1998. Since then, there have been 12 defeats from 14 subsequent attempts.

Such fortunes closely mirror the Blucerchiati’s awful 2022-23 campaign, in which they have scored only 24 goals – one fewer than Osimhen – and posted just 19 points so far.

With history already made and several key men planning their exits, Napoli have been waning for a while now. However, they will want to sign off a superb campaign in style, so can put poor Samp to the sword again and reach 90 points for the season.

Napoli to win at 1.21 odds on BestBet360 comes handy.

ZENIT SAINT PETERSBURG VS FAKEL VORONEZH

Fakel Voronezh will visit Gazprom Arena on Saturday for the Russian Premier League showdown with home team Zenit St Petersburg.

Zenit St Petersburg head into this match coming off the back of a 1-1 Premier League tied result vs Sochi.

Zenit St Petersburg haven’t had any problems with scoring, hitting the target in each and every one of their last 6 games.

They have totted up the amount of 16 during that time while also conceding a total of 9. That sort of trend isn’t assured to be sustained into this match, however.

Fakel Voronezh go into this meeting following on from a 2-1 Premier League win with the defeat of Krylia Sovetov in their most recent outing.

Vadim Evseev’s Fakel Voronezh have seen their efforts on goal rewarded 8 times throughout their previous six matches. The number of goals that they have conceded during those matches equals 5.

The Zenit St Petersburg boss Sergei Semak will be grateful not to have any fitness worries whatsoever ahead of this match with a fully injury-free squad ready to go.

Backing Zenit to secure a comfortable home win at 1.63 odds on BestBet360.

FC COPENHAGEN VS RANDERS FC

Copenhagen will be looking to end their title-winning season on a high when they host Randers at Parken on Sunday evening in the Danish Superliga.

The hosts are looking forward to Champions League football next term after securing the Danish crown, while Randers know they need three points this weekend to have any chance of finishing higher than sixth.

Copenhagen sealed the Superliga title on Monday evening with a 2-1 win at Energi Viborg Arena against Viborg, with first-half goals from Jordan Larsson and Diogo Goncalves securing a much-need maximum.

Having won their last three matches in the league since a damaging 3-2 loss at title rivals Nordsjaelland at the beginning of May, Copenhagen have really found their rhythm at the perfect time to run clear of the rest in Denmark.

Randers travel to Copenhagen on Sunday as the division’s out-of-form side having lost their last five games in the Superliga – any faint hopes of challenging for a European spot have well and truly vanished.

Copenhagen will be in celebratory mood on Sunday with their Superliga title already secured, and the visit of an out-of-form Randers will offer up the chance for the hosts to show off in front of their home faithful.

A trip to face the champions is probably the last thing Randers crave after a five-game losing run – it could be a case of damage limitation for the Horses on Sunday.

Copenhagen to secure a routine home win comes at 1.32 odds on BestBet360.

SC DNIPRO-1  VS KRYVBAS

Dnipro-1 will take to the pitch with away team Kryvbas Kryvyi Rih at Dnipro-Arena in the Ukrainian Premier League game on Sunday.

Dnipro-1 will be wanting a better result here after a 3-0 Premier League loss in their previous game against Shakhtar Donetsk.

It has been a rare occasion in recent times that Dnipro-1 haven’t conceded. The reality is that Dnipro-1 have failed to prevent opponents from scoring in 5 of their previous 6 clashes, giving up 8 goals during that time.

Kryvbas Kryvyi Rih will go into this meeting following a 0-2 Premier League win vs Metalist 1925 Kharkiv in their last outing.

For 6 of the previous six games involving Kryvbas Kryvyi Rih, a notably low volume of goals have been struck between them and opposing sides. The overall average goals scored per game in that spell comes to a meagre 1.17, with the average goals for Kryvyi Rih being 0.83.

Dnipro-1 will probably dominate possession and create several successful chances.

Dnipro-1 to prevail at 1.41 odds on BestBet360.
